Kintara Heartbreaker
Clononeen Playboy (UK) x Coates Lulu (imp)
Born August 2018
14.3hh Chestnut Stallion
(PSSM/n 1 copy)
Super pleased with this colt from Lulu, lovely head and type, going to run him on for a few years and get a few foals. He'll then be available as a gelding. His nature is really good to date, very easy to handle and do anything with, He does carry a copy of both silver and agouti, to make his foals a bit more interesting colourwise
Kintara Sandstorm
Clononeen VIP (imp) x Storm of Brackenhill (imp)
Born October 2013
14.3hh Buckskin and White Tobiano Stallion
(Negative PSSM)
Meet Dune! Stormy outdid herself with this one, so much so that I'm thinking I'll keep him and run him on as a stallion. Beautifully put together, great feather coming in, fantastic nature, and all to top off his striking buckskin colour!
Dune should mature approx 15hh, and will hopfully prove to be a great choice to produce coloured sport horses and very typey purebreds. His colour genetics are EeAaTT, meaning all foals will be tobiano (pinto) and can produce an array colours such as palomino and white, bay and white, black and white, buckskin and white and chestnut and white, depending on the mare.
Storm Of Brackenhill (imp UK)
JT Decider of Brackenhill x Fletcher Mare
Born May 2005
14.2hh Black and White Tobiano Mare
Stormy is what dreams are made of. When I made the decision to import a filly from England, I had a picture in my head of what I wanted, and Stormy fit the picture in every way I could have hoped.
She arrived into Australia in November 2006, and then onto Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. Straight from an English winter into an Aussie summer, into one of the hottest areas of Australia! She took in all in her stride though, the heat never bothered her. Being too young to ride I ponied her off my riding horse everywhere I went. From swimming in the Esperence beach, to trips into the outback.
Years later, now so many more Gypsy Cobs in Australia I still wouldn't have made any other choice, she is matriach of my herd and a treasured part of my life.
Kintara Moonshadow
Harkers Geordie (imp) x Storm Of Brackenhill (imp)
Born October 2010
14.2hh Black and White Tobiano Mare
I tragically lost Stormy's first daughter, so when Moonshadow was born she was doubly precious and I knew she was here to stay. She's grown into such a beautiful mare, heaps of body and bone and a real personality.
Coates Lulu (imp UK)
Coates Thunder x Coates Spun Sugar
Born May 2010
13.2hh Silver Bay Mare
This sweet mare is a new additon, I've loved all her foals, and her dam Sugar is an amazing heavy mare. Plus she's in one of my favourite colours!
She was tested in foal to Clononeen Playboy before flying out, so I'm very excited for her 2018 foal!
Watermark Snapdragon
SD Streetfighter (imp) x Grace (imp)
Born October 2017
Black and White Tobiano Filly
Gorgeous compact filly with such a sweet head, I loved her as soon as I saw her! Her sire is by the the memorable Woolly Mammoth and her dam I remembered and loved from when she was born in the UK many years ago! She'll join us here at Kintara Gypsy Cobs when weaned.
Kintara Earths Lily
The Earthshaker (UK/US) x Coates Lulu
Born November 2020
Black mare
My lovely Lily, she'll be one of the heaviest mares in the country when done, but already at 3yo she's showing the quality of her sire. Lily is the whole package, lovely nature, moves out well, and has plenty of good Gypsy Cob type. I really look forward to her foals
Kintara Brandy Schnapps
Clarion Call Fisher Price (imp) x Tricolby Belissima
Born October 2021
Black dun and white mare
Such a cutie this filly, and my first dun!
